Chia Pudding

A delicious, nutritous treat the whole family will love! 

Serves 1-2. Multiply as needed. 


1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1/2 mashed banana

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon


Using a whisk combine milk and chia seeds. Stir every minute or so to prevent clumps forming. 

On a plate mash banana and add this along with other ingredients to chia mixture. 

Leave for 5 minutes to overnight adding more milk to achieve desired consistency (I like mine quite runny)

You can add berries or additional fresh fruit as you wish. 

Also makes a great travel food, just place all ingredients in a glass jar and eat later in the day.
