These pancakes are really quick, can be made with just 2 ingredients if that's all you have/have time for and are soooo incredibly delicious and healthy. My children love them and so do I!! They're naturally grain-free and also free from anything else you maybe trying to avoid!! I'd love to hear how they work out with a "flax-egg" in place of the egg, so if you try it, please let me know!!
2 eggs, beaten together
1 tablespoon any protein powder
1 tablespoon nut butter or ground nuts
Pinch pink or sea salt
dÅTERRA food-grade essential oils: 2 drops Wild Orange, 1 drop "On Guard', 1 drop Cinnamon
Mash bananas and stir in eggs along with whatever optional ingredients you're using (1 or all!).
Fry with spoonfuls on a medium heat on both sides in coconut oil or grass-fed butter.
So sweet and lovely we just eat them on their own but you could have a tiny touch maple or coconut syrup or raw honey and/or your favourite cream or nut butter.
