This is really great over sliced fruit such as apple or pear or fruit salad. It's rich, sweet, comforting and satisfying. Add more or less water depending of whether you'd like more of a sauce or a pudding.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon carob
- 1 tablespoon tahini or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon pollen or coconut chips (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Best served chilled with fruit but can be eaten on its own too. Sprinkle with coconut flakes or pollen.
